This flour mix makes 12-16 organic tea rolls, depending on the size you want. The mix contains Spent Beer Grain Flour and therefore gives the buns a nice golden colour - in addition, it is rich in fibre. Add eggs, water, and yeast, and you will soon have freshly baked tea rolls with a hint of cardamom. The buns are wonderfully soft and perfect for breakfast, birthday parties or afternoon coffee.
