Rye bread with flour made from spent grains

This bread mix is a quick and easy solution for a delicious rye bread that is dark and strong with lots of grains. It gets a nice, deep flavour from our 03 Stout Spent Beer Grain Flour and is also rich in fibre. Just add water and yeast, let the dough rise and pop the loaf in the oven - before long, a great smell will be wafting through your kitchen.
