45 minutes including baking time
120 g melted butter
2.5 dl milk
2.5 dl water
25 g 04 whisky masquerae
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla powder
Grated zest of 1/2 lemon
2 tsp baking powder
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk with an electric whisk.
Bring out your waffle iron and warm it up in step 5 of 7.
Grease the waffle iron with sunflower or rapeseed oil before pouring the dough onto the waffle iron.
Give the dough about 3 minutes.
Note! if you put the waffles on top of each other, they become soft and not crisp.
Serve them while they are completely fresh with fresh fruit, cinnamon sugar, nutella or as in the picture with a good ice cream.
