For 4-6 people
250g fresh mozzarella
1 dl cream (38%)
2-3 tbsp good olive oil
Salt and pepper
Pick the fresh mozzarella into small pieces with your fingers - the smaller the pieces, the better. It makes the dip more homogeneous.
Pour the cream over the mozzarella and stir in the mixture.
Let the cheese rest in the fridge for a few hours until the mixture is nice and creamy.
When the cheese has the right texture, take it out of the fridge and pour a generous amount of olive oil over the cheese (about 1-2 tbsp). Season the cheese with plenty of salt and pepper and serve with (Agrain® Crisps The Italian is perfect with this dip), or a delicious baguette.
