For 4-6 people
250g fresh mozzarella
1 dl whipping cream
2-3 tbsp good olive oil
Salt and pepper
Pick the fresh mozzarella into small pieces with your fingers - the smaller the pieces, the more uniform dip.
Pour the whipping cream over the mozzarella and stir in the mixture.
Let the cheese rest in the fridge for a few hours until the mixture is uniform and creamy.
When the cheese has the right consistency, remove it from the fridge and pour a generous squeduct of olive oil over the cheese (about 1-2 tbsp). Season the cheese with plenty of salt and pepper and serve with (Agrain® Crisps The Italian is as created for this dip), or a delicious flute.
