40 minutes (without time to cool)
200 g granola
2 dl coarsely rolled oats (80 g)
1 dl Agrain® 03 Stout Super Grain Flour (55 g)
1/2 dl flaxseed (37 g)
3-4 tbsp honey (70 g)
About 1/2 dl water
Mix oats, Super Grain Flour and flaxseeds together.
Roast the mixture on a pan with honey and make sure it's mixed well. Then add water.
Place the sticky mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 15 mins at 170 degrees. Stir regularly in the granola so that it is baked evenly, but keep it spread out on the baking sheet.
Once the granola has got the right color, take it out of the oven and cool before putting it in an airtight glass.
The texture and look of the granola is reminiscent of an old-fashioned ryebread crumble.
