40 minutes (without time to cool)
200 g granola
2 dl coarsely rolled oatmeal (80 g)
1 dl Agrain® 03 Maskmel Stout (55 g)
1/2 dl flaxseed (37 g)
3-4 tbsp honey (70 g)
About 1/2 dl water
Oatmeal, mask flour and flaxseeds mix well.
Grate the mixture on a pan together with the honey so that the whole thing mixs well together, add water.
Then divide the sticky mass into an even layer on a baking sheet (with baking paper) and bake in the oven for about 15 mins at 170C. Stir regularly in the granola so that it is baked evenly, but keep it wide on the plate.
Once the granola has got the right suit and baking, remove it from the oven and cool before putting it on an airtight glass.
The texture and look of the granola is reminiscent of the crumble of an old-fashioned rye bread.
