Granola with 03 Stout Spent Grain Flour

Amount: 200 g

Ingredients

2 dl coarse rolled oats (80 g)

1 dl 03 Stout Spent Grain Flour (55 g)

½ dl flaxseed (37 g)

3-4 tbsp honey (70 g)

Approx. ½ dl water

Here's how

  1. Mix the oats, 03 Stout Spent Grain Flour and flaxseed well.
  2. Roast the mixture in a pan with the honey and combine well. Add water.
  3. Spread the sticky mixture in an even layer on a baking tray (with baking paper) and bake in the oven for approx. 15 min at 170 °C.
  4. Stir the granola regularly so that it bakes evenly, but keep it spread out on the tray.
  5. Once the granola has the right colour and is baked, remove the granola from the oven and let it cool before placing it in an airtight jar.‍
