530 g salmon (roughly chopped)
150 g prawns
1 onion (roughly grated)
20 g fresh ginger (grated)
1 clove garlic (pressed)
About 1 tbsp. fresh dill (finely chopped)
Freshly ground pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp curry
2 small eggs
25 g Agrain® 04 Whisky Super Grain Flour or wheat flour
A little milk
Roughly chop the salmon and onion and finely chop the dill. Grate the ginger and press the garlic.
Mix it all together in a bowl, as well as all the other ingredients.
Fry them in oil on a frying pan. You can choose the size yourself.
Serve with potatoes and a good salad or coleslaw and homemade remoulade.
