530 g salmon (roughly chopped)
1 onion (roughly grated)
20g fresh ginger (grated)
1 clove garlic (pressed)
About 1 tbsp. Dill (finely chopped)
Freshly ground pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp curry
2 small eggs
25 g 04 maskmeal (whisky) or wheat flour
A little milk
Roughly chop the salmon and onion and finely chop the dill. Grate the ginger and the press garlic.
Mix it all together in a bowl, as well as all the other ingredients.
Fry them in oil on a frying pan. You can choose the size yourself.
Serve with potatoes and a good salad or raw diet and homemade remoulade
