1 hour (not including time to cool)
210 g Agrain® 03 Maskmel Stout
1 tsp baking powder
3 tsp vanilla sugar
1.5 tsp salt
200 g 70% dark chocolate
125g chopped walnuts (or use another of your favorite nuts)
Use a strainer and mix Agrain® 03 flour, vanilla sugar, salt and baking powder. Melt chocolate and butter over water bath.
Once completely melted, remove it from the water bath and mix with first the eggs and sugar, then flour and finally the chopped walnuts.
Divide the cake dough into a baking tin about 25 cm X 35 CM, the height of the cake should be about 3 cm – remember it does not really rise and it should be spongy inside.
Preheat the oven to 180C (hot air), bake for about 35 - 40 minutes until dry on top and almost feels solid when gently touches it. You can test whether it is finished by sticking a fork in the cake in the oven, when the fork comes out clean, then the cake is finished.
Allow the brownies to cool for 15 – 20 before cutting it into small squares (about 2.5X2.5 cm). You cut the sides off and then there's about 25 pieces of cake.
You can use more powerful chocolate and you can mix different kinds of chocolate.
You can add mini marshmallows, mini caramels, mini butterschotch and use just the nuts or nuts that are your favourite
