45 minutes (including baking time)
150 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
170 g wheat flour
30 g Agrain® 04 Whisky Super Grain Flour
2 tsp baking powder
125 g butter
2 ripe bananas
150 g dark chocolate
Whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar to a white and foaming mixture with an electric whisk (about 5-7 minutes).
Melt the butter and set aside.
Mix flour, Super Grain Flour and baking powder.
Mash the bananas with a fork.
Chop the dark chocolate coarsely.
Mix the flour mixture with the egg mixture and the melted butter. Then stir the mashed bananas into the mixture and finally add the coarsely chopped chocolate.
Divide the dough into 12 muffin molds.
Bake for 17-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
