Agrain v./ Circular Food Technology receives payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will not be charged to your account until the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. Vat. Agrain v./ Circular Food Technology uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. This means that you cannot read your information.

There is a 2-year warranty under the Danish Purchase Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or fabrication. The complaint does not apply to errors or damages caused by improper operation of the product/service. Agrain v/Circular Food Technology will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Right of withdrawal
A 14-day full return right is granted on items purchased in our Webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. You will have to bear the return costs yourself. Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after purchase and from the time of withdrawal, you must return the shipment within 14 days of returning the shipment. The message must be given by email on Info@agrainproducts.com. In the notice, please make us clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send back. You can find it here: Cancellation Form.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will receive only part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item. In order to receive the full amount of the purchase, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You have to test the item, but you can't use it in real use.
